In other news, I'm drinking ruby port these days, and other red wines. It is nice to have fall here again, if only for red wines and ports.

That and TVD was back and it was a lot better than I was expecting. Damon and Alaric, how cute together are you???

Travel plans officially canceled. Water bottles and jugs filled up. Lighters and candles at the ready. Frankly, if this turns out to be nothing at this point I will be pissed (glad that everything turned out okay, but still pissed). Here we go.

Just got through Transformers 3 (and I own and enjoy the first two) and this was one of the worst movies I've ever seen--plotting: terrible, acting: terrible, action scenes: sloppy and terrible. I am so sooo glad that I didn't pay to see this pile of stinking crap.

Burn Notice is back! It's like a hole in my life has been filled. :-) Also, Suits is a lot of fun! Yay for summer TV--my favorite!

I've started watching The Mentalist, and it is brilliant. It reminds me a lot of Life, but this time with apparently no fear of cancellation. Simon Baker is fantastic as Patrick Jane. I love it.

In other news, well, perhaps not completely other, since The Mentalist may be driving me to paranoia, but I'm suspicious that I'm currently the victim of some social manipulation. If so, the perpetrator is amazingly subtle and cunning. I am going to sit back and let it happen...if it is actually happening. Jane could tell me, but baring the intervention of fictional characters, we shall just have to wait and see.

Also, I may be staying in NYC/NJ for a lot longer than originally planned. It's crazy how things sometimes work out when you're on the verge of tearing up all those new roots and moving again. It's sort of a shame, I was really looking forward to Singapore.

Fandom March Madness...why do I always feel like I'm watching a different show than everyone else? At least I learn why I don't find fics/communities that interest me, I guess?

I am so behind on Justified, but I am catching up, and I just want to draw hearts all over Timothy Olyphant every time he's on the screen. And what's most impressive to me, is that season 2 is awesome and the new big bad guy (gal?) is fantastic and I don't think it's lost anything of what made it so good in season 1 (unlike so many shows out there). Yay for Justified!

I'm watching TVD, and I just want to know: what is going on with Nina's eyebrows?? Is it just me??? I am very distracted by this...
